General Conditions
- Sweepstakes entry period begins May 20 at 12 AM (PDT) and ends June 23 at 12 AM (PDT) – (the Sweepstakes Period)
- Open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older
- No purchase necessary to enter or win
- Winners will be selected randomly and notified via email or phone
- Prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash
- Limit one entry per person. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified. All entries must be received during the Sweepstakes Period.
- Employees of Monterey Jazz, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
- Monterey Jazz reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if any fraud or other problem corrupts the administration, security, or proper play of the Sweepstakes.
Publicity Rights
By entering, participants agree to allow Monterey Jazz to use their Instagram username and any submitted content for promotional purposes without further compensation, except where prohibited.
Privacy
Information submitted with an entry is subject to the Privacy Policy stated on the Monterey Jazz website. To enter the Sweepstakes, participants must provide their email address for registration.
Release and Limitations of Liability
By participating in the Sweepstakes, participants agree to release and hold harmless Monterey Jazz, Instagram, and their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, partners, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers, and directors from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, claim, or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, whether caused by negligence or not, from (i) such participant’s participation in the Sweepstakes and/or his/her acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize or any portion thereof, (ii) technical failures of any kind, including but not limited to the malfunctioning of any computer, cable, network, hardware, or software, (iii) the unavailability or inaccessibility of any transmissions or telephone or Internet service, (iv) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Sweepstakes, (v) electronic or human error which may occur in the administration of the Sweepstakes or the processing of entries.

To obtain a copy of the winner’s name or a copy of these Official Rules, send your request along with a stamped, self-addressed envelope to by Monterey Jazz, Instagram sweepstakes winners list, 9699 Blue Larkspur Lane, Suite 204 Monterey, CA 93940. Requests must be received no later than October 1, 2025.
